From tomorrow the rules will be updated to include the following:

YOU MUST NOT POST THE FOLLOWING -
NON-FAMOUS MALES PHOTOS
Posted pictures must be of famous male celebrities.
For the purposes of managing this messageboard, we define a famous male as:
"a male made famous through news, sport, music, movies or TV (including 'reality television' stars or quiz show contestants)"
Pictures of male models are not permitted unless they are also classed as 'famous' under one of the above categories. Magazine models are not permitted. Pictures of random males found on the net are not permitted.

There are a number of reasons behind this decision.

The purpose of fmforums is to share pictures of male celebrities. In the past we have allowed models to fall into this category and we used to get the odd 'supermodel' or cK model posted.
Times have changed and we now have many more relatively unknown models being posted. Some might have only been in some obscure magazine and maybe have a myspace page.. but they're being posted here on a celebrity site.

Also, over the past few weeks a number of models have been posted where the line between art and porn has been a blurred one. This has always been an issue with some Brazilian and Asian models.. but is now a problem with all models.
This is not an adult site and we will not tolerate pornography. It is becoming increasingly difficult to manage the posting of models when most of the time we have, to be frank, never heard of them.

If you love model pics, there are many sites and blogs on the net where male model pictures can be seen and posted.
But from Thursday 3 April.. fmforums will not be one of them.


Male models will only be permitted if the male in question is famous through another media. (eg: a sportsman who does some model pics. A TV star who used to be a model). This is the only time we will allow model pictures. Any other model pictures will be removed.
