Just watched this. Flesh. Crap acting. No storyline. But naked Joe.
Hmm, thats a bit harsh. I think its quite an effective, albeit highly stylised, little film - especially when viewed alongside the rest of the trilogy that Morrissey and Dallesandro made.
I've not seen the others. Will let you know when I have.

Fair enough. Personally I'd say only the last one is a pretty weak film.

No. I get 4 DVDs a month from my DVD rental club. But I want to rent ones that won't be shown on TV, so the ones with a gay theme are a safe bet. I like other movies too. But they get shown on TV.

Well I watched Longhorns last night. Not bad but not great either. The strangest thing about it was it was advertised as the Uncut version so a lot of the deleted scenes (in the Extras) were actually in the main feature.

Interesting, for me personally Volume 5 was by far the weakest release, there were quite a few on the Australia/Pacific one I liked. I'm looking forward to Volume 8 this year, which I think will be the first to feature all British films.

Watched 'The Trip' a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Great storyline with some interesting footage from the anti-gay American era of the late 70's. Fit leads too
and was bored out of my mind. The director was trying way too hard it make it an arty movie. He should've paid more attention to the storyline...
I quite liked Give Me Your Hand. Maybe it was just because I thought the twins were hot (although I actually preferred one over the other).
I quite liked this one too, although I openly admit it was a lot due to my fondness for the fit twins. The violent scene at the end (being cagey to avoid spoilers) was really well shot though, I got properly on the edge of my seat!

I wasn't keen on this. Le Clan.
The narcissistic and obsessive behaviour of three brothers, who have an ineffectual and often absent father and a recently deceased mother, underlines a constant sense of impending crisis as they each strive to preserve the tenuous threads that bind their fragile lives. Sexy French superstars Nicolas Cazalé and Stéphane Rideau ('Presque Rien') star in this epic portrait of simmering masculinity and its impact on a struggling family living in the shadow of the Alps.

Not sure if this has been mentioned already, but I just watched Weekend (2011, directed by Andrew Haigh) and it was pretty darn good. Not a lot happens in it, but very well written, acted and had me engrossed. The 2 main actors in it were also hot, especially the guy who played Russell!
