Echo Park L.A. (aka. Quinceanera)Directed by Richard Glatzer and Walsh Westmoreland, not sure if this is an exclusively "gay" film, but a central part of the storyline involves the homosexuality of a working class latino lad who is kicked out of his home, as is his female cousin. I thought this was a great film and the gay character wasnt the usual stereotype, which was refreshing. Oh and he was mega hot as well.
Just watching this now. The Latin dude is hot, I agree. And fancy David Ross from Bad Boys Inc. being in it, playing a gayer no less!

"Were The World Mine" - A surreal/fantasy musical centred around "A Midsummer Night's Dream" in which a young man discovers a potion which makes the drinker fall in the love with the first person they see (he goes to an all-boys school).
Didn't expect to like it but actually thought it was quite entertaining, would probably make a very good stage musical if it was de-Americanised a bit to make it less corny.

"Tan Lines" - A drama about gay surfers from Australia. Terrible acting, dialogue and editing/direction but the totty quota is oustanding (plus it does have some very nice surreal touches).

I can highly recommend Antarctica. An Israeli film about trying to find love with the right person and what one would be willing to do for love. I know my description doesn't really sell it but it's a really good movie and one of the leads is totally hot and appears naked quite a lot at the start of the movie. It also gives an insight into gay love in Israel which most people probably have a preconceived idea about.

A Bigger Splash
I found this movie on sale in Borders and remembered seeing it when I was a lot younger. I didn't remember that much about it except there was quite a bit of male nudity (one of the movies I saw in my teens that made me realise I was gay). I knew it was about the artist David Hockney but couldn't really remember the whole movie. It's filmed like a documentary but isn't a documentary (if you watch the interview with the director in the Extras you'll understand what I mean) and covers three years in the life of David Hockney from 1971 to 1974 and the effect of his model and boyfriend leaving him.
It might be too arty (no pun intended) for some but I thought it was really good and although it looks dated (it was released in 1974) it's still a fascinating insight into the life of an artist.

Chansons D'Amour: With the gorgeous Louis Garrell and Gregoire Leprince-Ringuet. Worth 1.5 hours of anyone's time.
Boys on Film: Various shorts over a number of volumes.
Hounded: Kostja Ullmann (Summer Storm) naked and spanked.
Rock Haven: Attractive leads. Gay -vs- Religion theme similar to Latter Days.
White Squall: Another hollywood gay-but-not-gay movie. A young Ryan Phillippe in wet tighty-whities anyone?
Cockles and Muscles: French and therefore a bit weird, but great looking leads.
Garcon Stupide: Surprisingly good plot and various full frontals from stunning lead Pierre Chatagny.
And looking forward to: Shank.

I just bought Derek Jarman's Sebastiane which was the movie that made me realise I was gay when I was about 13 and it was shown on C4. Although it's all in Latin there's a lot of male nudity and the scene in the large rock pool between the two lovers is SO erotic (famously featuring an erection which was screened on C4 without anyone realising).
I also bought Greek Pete: A Year In The Life of a Rent Boy. I haven't watched it yet but it's supposed to be very good.
I shouldn't admit this but I also bought The Lair Season 2. I know it's awful but there are some hot guys in it and lots of male nudity (including gay porn stars).

Hedwig and the Angry Inch - A great watch if you like zany/artsy movies with a good story accompanied by colourful and interesting rock music.
Rating: *****
A Home At the End of the World - Erm this one is all drama and has not much REALLY interesting going on (unless you are into the teenage mutual wank between the main male characters). I heard this film had gay elements and so I watched it in light of seeing Colin Farrel's sex tape thinking it would satisfy to some degree in accordance with this, only to realise that I should have just watched the sex tape again really. Still I didn't hate watching it as I can appreciate a drama, and for those others of you who can to, this is possibly a film you should watch.
Rating: **
The Dreamers - Not typically a "gay film" but it does have elements situated around a 2m1f threesome realtionship forming between a brother and sister and their new American friend, bound together by their mutual love for film. Michael Pitt, most famous for his Dawson's Creek spell, shows cock in this film and frankly should be more famous for that than anything else. I liked this film, you might not, but at least the theme song is a lazy, melodic tune of Sheryl Crow's.
Rating: ***

I'm not even religious. I first saw this movie when I was about 11 or 12 (it was the movie that made me realise I was attracted to men) and even then I knew what it was about. The was another movie called The Martyrdom of Saint Sebastian with Michael Biehn but it wasn't quite as homoerotic as Sebastiane.

Probably been mentioned here already (but I can't be bothered trawling through 8 pages to check) - Presque Rien, also known as Come Undone in the US and Almost Nothing in the UK and Ireland. It's a French film about a guy spending the Summer in Brittany before going to university, and he meets a really hot guy and they fall in love, but that is only one third of the story.
