Full Version: hitting on guys in straight clubs

Hi guys,

Perhaps not really agony in true sense but wondering how people hit on to "straight" guys subtly in straight clubs. And how do you identify them discretely. Do you find its the ones bopping their heads alone next to the bar?

And then what do you do? Accidentally brush up against them walking past? A little wink? A little whisper in their ear. Perhaps a full blown cup? What if they are with friends and don't want to make it obvious to their friends? Would be interested in people's experiences/stories.

Yep, they are always the gay str8 ones.

Are there not enough gay guys in gay clubs?
gillboy
Forgive me for generalising here but a lot of gay guys in gay clubs are queens. Not my cup of team and nor that of most bi/curious guys who go to straight clubs.
Sam Hain
You could loiter in a doorway, casually like, make eye contact, wink, maybe even whistle, look down, look up and then gesture at them (with your finger) to "come hither" and follow you...

Got to be a winner!
Jonnycondom
Please don't cup any guys in a club, that will never ever end well.
Parsifal
Start a convo with the object of your desire shortly before closing time (about not having scored with a girl all night). If he's horny and bi-curious then you stand a (remote) chance. thumbsup.gif
ic1male
No wonder the straight guys are always saying gayers are dirty pervs always grabbing their bums and whathaveyou. lol_2.gif
daikaioshin
have you tried grabbing their face and snogging it off?

Honestly? what i would suggest is don't. strike up a conversation with them, see what they're like... their interests etc... You'd have a better chance of finding someone to keep that way then just walking up them and cupping them. more likely if they're straight it'll end in a punch up....

Unless you're just interested in a one-off fuck-buddy then just fork out on the booze and get him so drunk he'd fuck a tree with a hole in it.

rubyqueen19
make small talk with them about football or something really manly and if you don't get any straight vibes then go for it.just don't try the whole arse grabbing copping a feel shit.!!flirt, make eye contact and go with the flow.

A friend used to wear small t-shirts and stretch in front of guys, seeing whether they looked or not. Not very subtle but surprisingly effective.

Yeah, but you're gay! lol_2.gif

OP, wop your knob out and if they go down on you then you're in.

Aye but that's what I/phallus meant. If the straight guy has a good look at your treasure trail, he might not be that straight. wink.gif

Sorry, I didn't think we were supposed to be taking this "agony" seriously blink.gif .

EBZ! badboy.gif

i'm sure it's a very serious problem for the OP with all us queens out there trying to find himself a nice butch man like Louie Spence.

my brother's very straight friend says it boost's his ego when gay guys flirt with him.he said it makes him feel irresistable to any sex.??

I think the OP is talking about gay/bi dudes in straight clubs.

A gay guy trying to hit on a straight guy is a bit like a straight woman trying to hit on a gay man. A bit tragic.
Rustythedog
This is a great way to start a street fight.

Only go with it if he makes the first approach to you.

Otherwise: avoid.

This is VERY tacky, but i've been told that the best way to meet straight guys up for a bit of experimentation is in public toilets.
Personally i'm not sure that the smell of poo and Izal outweighs the benefits. cold.gif

Love treasure trails. There's a guy at work who does this all the time. He's kinda cute, but not really my type - plus he's straight - but whenever he does this I can't help but look. I'm pretty sure he knows I look too, and I'm starting to think he does it on purpose...

anywho...

I read this entire post under the impression that the OP wanted to identify "straight" men, as opposed to straight men. That is, men who aren't out of the closet but crave a bit of bum-love - or men who are (and I hate this term) "straight-acting" but happen to be in a straight club/pub. And there's nothing wrong with that. I just wish I had an answer.
Sam Hain
The answer? Get a good body, wear a tight t-shirt and observe where they look.
If you haven't got a "good" body, watch how they look at men who have. It's usually a give away.
*Sorry to sound so shallow but men tend to have a good look whether they are interested in other men or women.
Peperami
It's all in the eye contact. Most guys when drinking with their mates are subconciously scanning the women in the bar and guys are invisible to them. When I'm in a bar with my straight mates I'm doing the same but scanning the guys. Straight guys don't tend to notice you looking at them in the same way I don't notice any of the women in there that may be eyeing me up.

When you make eye contact with another guy who is secretly eyeing you up you get that knowing look. I never take it any further though.
BillyBuddSailor
OP is that you ?

Why even in gay clubs do guys think it's ok to cup someone? So nasty.

I think in a straight club as long as you look like you're having fun and don't stand there in the middle of the place leering at guys then you're far more likely to make eye conctact with a guy at some point and make some sort of connection that gets you on to each other.

Funny, a similar experience actually occurred a few weeks ago which sort of prompted my posting. Except in my instance, it was exceptionally explicit....A guy I would have totally assumed was straight put his hands down my jeans (and pants). This was in a very, very crowded club. And the guy was completely off his face. Unfortunately for me I was with a girl at the same time who thankfully didn't notice. So without wishing to lash out at him (and possibly cause a scene) I had was very calmly pinch his hand as hard as I could to get him off. As it happened a friend did notice and managed to get him away from me within a few seconds. Under no circumstances would I recommend what happened to me despite me loving the situation strangely.

In the end the girl did find out in the end but was seen as a comical moment.

The point of the story is it made me realise there must be loads of "straight" guys (The Mighty Pooshon, you were spot on) in these places. Since then, I've noticed getting a lot more eye contact from guys. I'm sorry, but with girls I'm not attracted to and guys I'm not attracted to, a make a LOT of effort not to make eye contact. So it must mean something.

The trouble is, as Peperami says - how the hell do you take it any further. It's hard to talk in these places and these guys are usually in big groups.

So bloody frustrating.

Ebenezer88
Even if you make eye contact, hug, touch etc. the likelihood of it going any further is SO remote it's not even worth bothering with.

I was out on Saturday night and one of my bro's (straight) mates is ALWAYS flirting with me, it's become like a bit of a joke between us. He'll openly say that he'd love to try a bit and that he bets I give cracking blow jobs (I don't lol_2.gif ) and he'd love to be rimmed bla bla. At the end of the night we had a hug and I grabbed both his arse cheeks and he was all "You'll get more than your hands on them one day"....

Do I even consider taking it further? No. He loves the attention and the sexual innuendo but I can guarantee 100% if it ever went further than that it would just be awkward and frankly not worth it.

Why the fuck bother when there are gay clubs out there packed full of guys after a bit of action.

And OP, we're not all screaming queens you know wink.gif .
CherryBoomBoom
Soare we talking about flirting with butch/straight acting ( badboy.gif bad term) gays or genuinely into fanny heterosexual blokes?

Closet gays but without wishing to out them. Which I guess would mean they should probably be butch by your terminology. I doubt anyone can hit on genuinely straight guys without raping them.

So many responses here made me LOL. But seriously, cupping guys in a straight bar is a definate no-no. Unless you want a broken nose. Gay bars (unfortunately) is where it's at. But even they now are difficult to pull in, as increasing amounts of 'ok with gay' straight guys are going there with their mates for the bants. GHQ in Edinburgh is an example. So. Fucking. Frustrating.
Parsifal
I would think that 'ok with gay' straight guys would be 'ok with getting hit on by gay guys', even if they're not interested. No harm done.

Sorry, but, having googled the expression as I've never heard of it before, does "cupping" as above refer to sticking your paw round a guy's balls or is it something more innocuous? If it ball-cupping, I wouldn't even have the nerve to do it in a gay bar, even pissed. And if any-one tried it with me, I think he would be nursing the bruise on his arm for a day or two.

Back to the OP, look for the visual clues as suggested above (interest in pretty-looking fellas) and use the banter approach (lack of available girls, what's a lad to do, etc. etc.). Only go physical to seal the deal.

Am I the only one who finds this "Hunting "straight guys" in straight clubs" topic incredibly pathetic? blink.gif

Maybe also something to do with it being good club with free entry most nights. bleh.gif

But I agree; they should have a gay detector at the door or bar any one more butch than the lady-bouncer. (I use the term 'lady' very loosely).
Scots Lurker
HA! That lady bouncer at GHQ is a bit of a beast alright lol_2.gif

I don't like GHQ though. I've tried it 4 or 5 times and not enjoyed it once help.gif
