Just back from The Congress Theatre at Eastbourne in absolute awe. As much as some criticise the Lloyd Webber search for a star. Connie Fisher was an absolute marvel tonight, her voice is so similar to that of Julie Andrews. All the actors voices were spot on, the scenary and sets were second to none - changing from a full Abbey to the Von Trapps mansion in seconds.
Anyone in the area should spoil themselves and get a ticket. Its here until the 19th of June.
