Hiya,
I was wondering how many pics can be posted in one post and is there a hosting site (one that's not blocked) that has a tool (similar to facebook) that can upload by browsing and selecting all in a folder, rather than manually browsing and picking each file?
Cheers,
S.
I can help you with the first bit...

You can have upto 40 pictures per post/reply

Cool! That's useful to know, so say for example if I cap a show and I get 120 shots, I would have to add a further two replies to my original post...is that allowed?

Technically it's ok, and you wouldn't get cautioned for contributing that much content - in fact it's very much appreciated.
However, I think the reason for the limitation is that 40 pics could take a long time to load (depending on filesize & connection speed).
So 3 posts each with 40 pics in still means a user has to load 120 pics. The only posts where members can expect this many pics on one page (before clicking the link) is the monthly MegaPost.
I'd suggest breaking it up into 3 separate thread and labelling them part 1, 2 & 3.

I shall bear that in mind...although judging by some of the comments thus far, I don't think 120pics of the Junior Apprentice guys will go down too well.
Thanks for your advice so far, just need to find a good image host.

Do not let the negative comments discourage you.

Look at the number of view and compare that to the number of replies. We have many, many members who never reply but only look at the posts.

Wow. 40 pictures is pretty good.

Just a small suggestion for you:
Rather than post loads & loads of pics from the same scene (regardless of whether they are blurred, poorly lit or out of focus) you might like to try picking out the best shots from those available and share them on this Forum under a title like "The very best of......."
