Problems deleting files Options

I have two video files I downloaded a while ago that I no longer wish to keep. They are both MKV files. If I try and select delete then it tells me this cannot be completed as the file is open in Windows Explorer.

I know from past experience that if I try and close Explorer then it closes the folder I need open to access the files I want to delete.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I could delete these files?

Thanks for that, had to install something to delete the files on start upp but it works so I feel a lot happier.
