Having eczema it's a never ending list really:
pollen
dust
nickle
soap
most detergents
perfume/aftershave
non-cotten clothing
animal dander
cow's milk
soy
eggs
fish

Apart from hayfever, I have a serious allergy to fish and shellfish. Same as my Mum.

I seem to be allergic to certain men. I just look at them and parts of my body starts to swell up.



Plus certain deodorants and perfumes, as well as that face paint they put on kids faces at fairs.

Oh, i forgot the aftershave thing! I started a thread ages ago in Agony asking if anyone could recommend an aftershave/anything smelly alternative that didnt make me sniffle. There wasnt one.
What sort of milk DO you have? Almond or rice maybe?

I only use aftershave if i'm going "out out" (lol) so just use whatever and suffer for a day or two. Milk thing doesn't really bother me as i'm not partial hot beverages and would only take cows milk if i've taken a notion for cereal once/twice a week. I can eat the things mentioned, just not in your normal everyday quantities otherwise my skin goes nuts. When i was younger my eczema was horrendous and i was told to take goats milk which lasted bout a week cuz it tasted like shit.
