Hi I've got a new laptop and an Epson SX400 printer and I've tried downloading drivers from thier site but it still won't print. Do I have to use the same USB port every time? Am I doing the right thing, not even sure what a driver is but I thought I was following the instuctions correctly. Printer is fine as it works on my bf's PC. Any advice? Thanks!!!

Shouldnt be a problem but do you have it set as the Default Printer in Control Panel?. are you using Windows ? Did you not get a disc with the printer to install it. Try removing the printer in Control Panel and reinstalling exactly as per the instructions.
shd make no difference what usb point you use.
