The Closer / Major Crimes, anyone following? Options

Anyone else following the last season of The Closer (as we know it)? It's US finale is in 4 episodes/weeks (13th August) so it's going to kill me trying to avoid spoilers for 3 months as the UK is 11 episodes behind. It's already killing me not knowing how Brenda leaves the show. I knew Brenda's actions at the end of "War Zone" would have repercussions, but i was thinking friction between her and the team, not that it would be the catalyst for her exit.

US viewers can tune in straight after the finale of The Closer for spin-off show Major Crimes, essentially the same show just Mary McDonnell as Captain Sharon Raydor leading the Major Crimes division minus a few other faces apart from Brenda's so avoid the promos for Major Crimes if you don't wanna potentially ruin a part of the season 7 storyline.

I think she's a wonderful actress, but Mary's face looks so like rubber that it distracts me anytime the promos air.
