Have you always wanted to know what makes your fellow FMF-ers tick?? How they feel about something?? What they like or dislike??

Well, now you can wink.gif

Send me your suggestions for a poll in a PM and next week's Easy Weekly Poll could be your question thumbsup.gif

A few rules:
- This is meant to be fun, so no difficult, controversial or political questions.
- Try and limit the number of options

For the purpose of this poll, let's define cosmetic surgery as only meant to improve your looks. Getting your eyes lasered, while considered cosmetic by most insurance companies, would not count for this poll. Liposuction would.

I voted yes for the simple reason that I have had some cosmetic surgery, or what might be deemed cosmetic surgery. I had a laser peel probably 17 years ago. I use to be a sun worshipper, and through the years, my facial skin tone became irregular. I was advised by a doctor that doing a laser peel would even out my skin tone. It did, plus it also would help deter, to a degree, the possibility of skin cancer in the future. As a side effect, even though it was not needed, it did give me a slight facelift (tightened the skin a bit), but was unnoticeable since I was still fairly young.

The day they work out how to do a scar free abdominoplasty, I'm there. That and when I have £8k.

Probably not, but I ticked yes as I can't rule it out.

If I ever did, it would be something discreet.

But other than needing to lose weight I'm ok as I am at the moment. smile.gif

No. I'm pretty good at accepting myself. But who knows what I'll think when I'm fifty. But I honestly think I'll be fascinated by the process, and will want to watch myself progress. I want to earn my looks.

My nose is a bit bent which people keep saying isn't noticeable unless you point it out but I know it is and I would correct that in a heardbeat.
I must have broken it at some point when I was younger without noticing or something, it's not supposed to be like that so it's just correcting a mistake. smile.gif

Yeah I would if I had the money. Probably not to look younger... if I was 50 and I looked like I was 50 I'd be happy with that. I'd quite like to straighten my nose a bit and would love a stronger jawline.

It really fucks me off when people like Cameron Diaz and Cheryl Cole say things like "I don't understand why people mess with their faces, we should be happy with what God has given us..." (or something along those lines). Oh I don't know, maybe because we didn't all hit the genetic lottery and make a career out of good looks that we didn't and couldn't earn, BITCHES! furious.gif

I voted NO, but would get something "done" as the result of some kind of an accident that left me disfigured.

Hey saintly_boy! Who is that in your avatar? Is that you? wub.gif

No. I would love to have decent cheekbones so my facial skin doesn't sag, but I wasn't lucky enough to be born with them and that's the way it goes. You just have to accept what you're given and get on with your life.

Gravity is a bummer when it comes to aging. sad.gif
It you take up yoga and learn to do headstands daily then that will slow down the process. biggrin.gif

Thank fuck i havnt any money otherwise i'd make Cindy Jackson look like a plastic surgery novice.
I'd have a full laser skin resurfacing cause my face looks like someone's been chopping wood on it. I actually had my lower face done about ten years ago cause of acne scars and that was quite hair raising. The surgeon injected my face all over with pain killer and then actually pierced my nose so that the needle went right through it and the anesthetic dribbled out my nostril! Then there was the lovely smell of burning hair and cooking skin. Yum! I'd also have my nose broken and squashed like a boxer's cause i want to look tougher. Although i suppose i could do that myself only i'm too scared of pain.
I'd also have some lipo on my tummy cause it's a bit chubby and i'm not fat anywhere else.
Oh and a hair transplant. One of those good ones, like Rooney had.

If I had the cash I'd get the bags under my eyes done & my saggy pecs lifted too, Oh & I wouldn't mind having all my top front teeth out & new ones screwed in!
