I can understand that if his "before-nips" were significantly larger than those in the photo then he might have had a legitimate reason to be self-conscious about it.

But the other stuff (two hours to get ready, makeup, facelift, liposuction, fat injection, Botox, fillers, fake tan) is a bit too much and, yes, VAIN.

I think that he is proof that one of the sexiest things about a guy is that he looks like he doesnt try too hard. A guy who looks like he's just got out of bed, with a bit of stubble, can be very attractive. Also, by plastering himself in makeup he has seriously narrowed down the field of people that might find him attractive, either male or female.
Still, i'm sure he's given all the breeder readers of The Sun a good laugh at "the gays".
