This is nothing like Cher LLoyd. The song is a proper grower. I wasn't too sure after the first listen but Ive heard it several times now and I find myself singing along already.

The other two girls didn't really need to be involved at all really.

When I first heard the song I was a bit disappointed.. But I've grown to love it.
Randomly chanting "L.U.V MADONNA!!"

Video is very good... Love the whole concept of it all.. Hope the album is like this but less cheesy. She looks stunning

I've been an on-off Madonna fan for the best part of 20 years and although it's always great to see her back I'm not keen on this - it sounds like a bland album track, b-side or Greatest Hits filler. And those two whats-their-names rappers can f*ck off.

Well, I Have to say. The L.U.V Madonna made me instantly think of Avril Lavigne to be honest, so I hated it from the start.
After a few listens, it's alright. Much better than Hard Candy but nowhere near as good as Confessions. Confessions was her best album since Ray of Light IMO.

Eager to see the Superbowl performance though.

See everything is all just about opinions. BGNB says the song is better than anything on Hard Candy but I totally disagree, Hard Candy was an ace album, not the best but I loved it. This new song I like but its not that good for me yet.

Hope the Superbowl performance is good.

The much hyped superbowl performance... She looked great but apart from that? Nice entrance but she lipsynched like the whole damn thing, not very well either, stumbled, didn't do very out there dancing herself and it just came across lacklustre to me... her performance that is. I can see she tried to put on a spectacle bless her with massive staging and 10000 accompanying people around her but jeez, Britney could have pulled off a better performance than that.

I'm so disappointed that she lip synced. The choreography and outfits were brilliant (gayest thing ever to appear in a football game, but still) and she mimed!

I also think she's trying to hard by surrounding herself with the latest artists like Cee Lo Green and Nicki Minaj etc.

Confessions was just her and it was a fantastic album. No need for all this collaboration.

I love the song and the video. It's extremely catchy and old school Madonna. She was absoultely sensational in super bowl. Of course she will mime considering it was a very energetic show.

I thought she was utter pointless in her own performance.
Yes it was great but because of the dancers and stage and all that.
If she wouldn't have been there it would hardly have made a difference.
She totally drowned in all the hundreds of people around her.
Her dancing was also awkward, she seemed to struggle with the high heels.
I saw nothing that separated her even remotely from other pop singers.
Britney at least mimes a lot better, GaGa sings life and Rihanna knows how to move.
I kinda want Madonna to be epic but she just doesn't deliver.

Now MIA on the other hand gets people talking by simply sticking up a finger.

I haven't seen the Superbowl performance yet, but the song and video are disappointing so I've not got my hopes up.

Also, I never noticed how thin and nondescript Madonna's voice is - unless it's just the song? I think the Gaga comparisons come into play here; I'm firmly Camp Madonna but Gaga has the better voice.

Britney could do something better? Did you see her last tour?
Stomp stomp stomp hair flip (repeat for 2 hours). And that's coming from a Britney fan.

People are talking like Madonna tripped and fell over for the whole thing, she struggled to get on a bench for a second then she got on it... crisis averted.
