I really like what I can hear of it, but I never think you can tell much from little snippets like this... Nevertheless, I bloody love Darren Hayes and am beyond excited about the promise of a new album. I know it'll almost certainly be one of the best pop albums of the year.
As fruitylicious said, his last two albums are amazing, they're both so good. The Tension and the Spark is a seriously brilliant album, should have been much bigger. I think of it as a better 'Ray Of Light'! And This Delicate Thing We've Made, though less consistent, contains at least 1 album's worth of brill songs. Casey is one of my favourite songs ever

He's great live too, seen him on his last three tours, and he's a fantastic live singer and just really warm and funny with the audience. I saw him at Newcastle on the Time Machine Tour, when the swan wouldn't fit in the venue, and so to make it up to us he gave us some exclusive performances, including a brilliant cover of Ray Of Light.
Anyone else got the We Are Smug stuff too? The album as a whole is a bit hit and miss, but the first two songs, Look What We've Started and Words That I Can't Say, are among Darren's best songs imo.
