Premium Membership

Premium membership is awarded to anyone who donates £10 or more to our charity appeal. Each time you donate, you get 12 months premium.

Before donating
Your fmf account should be active and validated before you donate for premium membership.

When you sign up to fmf, a validation email is sent to the address you give. You must follow the instructions in this email and click on the link it gives you in order to validate and fully activate your account.

IF YOU DO NOT VALIDATE YOUR ACCOUNT, THE PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP MAY BE LOST.
A non-validated account cannot be upgraded to premium.

Your username
When you donate, the upgrade process is not automated.

Each week we receive a list of donations and the details submitted when you donated.

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR USERNAME IN THE 'MESSAGE' SECTION OF THE PAYMENT SCREEN

This enables us to match the donation to your user account.

If you forget to include your username, see the topic in the SUPPORT forum for further assistance.

Seven Days
Please allow 7 days from the date of donation to your premium services being activated.

DO NOT EMAIL US ASKING WHY YOU CAN'T ACCESS PREMIUM UNTIL 7 DAYS HAVE PASSED

You'll know Premium is active as the premium only forum will appear on the main menu.
