If you have been previously banned from the forums and have not been given permission to rejoin, you must not register.

All free sections of the forum are viewable without registering. You only need to register if you wish to post a message.

Upon registering you will choose a username to identify yourself and your posts. This will become your identity on the board.
Your username must be between 3 and 16 characters long. If you choose a name longer than 16 characters we will amend it for you. 
You are allowed one username only. Please choose your username carefully as it is not possible to change username at a later date.
You must not re-register under a different username. Electronic security measures exist to prevent this happening. If you attempt to register under multiple usernames this will be detected and ALL your user accounts will be suspended.

The user information you supply will NEVER be used by us for mass mailings, nor will it be passed to another person.

On registering, you will be asked to choose a password. It is your responsibility to remember this and keep it secret. You will be held responsible for any messages posted under your name if another person gains access to your account.

In order to verify your details, an email will be sent to the address you specify when joining. The instructions in this email must be actioned before you can post on the board. This message sometimes goes into your 'spam' folder so please check carefully. You cannot complete your registration without responding to this message.
It is important that any changes to your email address are updated in your profile. You can select in your profile whether your email address is visible to other users or not. If we ever attempt to contact you and your email is not responding, we will terminate your membership.

For most web browsers, please check that your browser is set for no higher than MEDIUM security and that Cookies are turned ON. If you wish to bookmark (add to favourites) the site you should do this on the forums main menu screen in order for the cookies to work correctly.

Whenever you log on, please be aware that your login name and password are CASE-SENSITIVE. If you do not type them in exactly as when you registered, or last amended your account, then you will not be able to gain access to the Forums

PORNOGRAPHY
Nude pictures of famous males are allowed, but porn-stars are NOT classed as famous males and pictures of this nature must not be posted. 
No pictures of porn stars. No pictures from porn films, sites or magazines. No requests for porn stars. No links to porn sites. Your signature pictures must NOT contain pornographic images or link to pornographic sites. You must not post a link to a site that contains pornographic 'pop-up' ads.
We will normally class any male who has ever done porn as a porn star - even if they have since made a career in another field.
Any pictures you post must not be tagged with the URL of a porn-site or a URL designed to direct traffic solely to a porn-site. The moderators reserve the right to decide what is classified as pornographic. If in any doubt, please contact us for clarification.

FAKES 
The definition of fake is a picture altered by digital means. eg a famous male head pasted onto a naked body. It is the posters responsibility to verify a picture is genuine before posting.
If you are in any doubt as to the authenticity of a picture please contact us for advice. Do not post a picture that you suspect may not be real without consulting a moderator first.

PICTURES OR VIDEOS OF MALES UNDER THE AGE OF 18
You must not post any images of male celebrities under the age of 18 or pictures of male celebrities taken when they were under the age of 18.

NON-FAMOUS MALES PHOTOS 
Posted pictures must be of famous male celebrities.
For the purposes of managing this messageboard, we define a famous male as:
"a male made famous through news, sport, music, movies or TV (including 'reality television' stars or quiz show contestants)"
Pictures of male models are not permitted unless they are also classed as 'famous' under one of the above categories. Magazine models are not permitted. Pictures of random males found on the net are not permitted.

BLACK-LISTED SUBJECTS
Due to various reasons (Legal, Copyright etc) from time to time there are males we will not allow pictures of. At the top of the view forum we will post a list of these 'Black-Listed' males. You must not post any pictures of the males listed in the Black-List topic nor may you post links to a site containing blacklisted pictures.

PICTURE SWAP/OFFER REQUESTS 
Images must be posted as topics. Do not offer pictures for 'swap'. Persons posting messages such as "I have pics of XXXX, will swap for pics of YYYY" will be banned.
You should not offer to send pictures to people if they PM or email you.

VIDEO CLIP LINKS (*Non Premium Members)
The posting of links to downloadable video clips is reserved for Premium Members only. Links to downloadable clips must not be posted in view or any other non-premium forum.
You must not offer to pass on links to downloadable video to non-premium members via reply, PM or email.

PERSONAL ADS / LINKS TO SOCIAL NETWORKING OR DATING WEBSITES 
Personal ads are not permitted. You must not include a link or reference to a site such as Gaydar, MySpace, Bebo, Facebook, Twitter or Faceparty in any part of your message.

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS 
To prevent personal ads and requests for pictures to be emailed, and to protect you from spam, it is not permitted to include your email address in a post. It is permitted in your profile but will be removed if included in a message.

STORIES/FANTASY/ROLE PLAY 
Fiction involving the sexual exploits of famous males is not permitted.

VIDEOS OR IMAGES FROM ANY CELEBRITY "HOME SEX VIDEO"
Video clips or still images (including those taken from webcams or mobile phones) taken from a celebrity "Home Sex Video" are not permitted. Naked mobile-phone "self-pic in front of mirror" are not permitted.

OFFENSIVE POSTINGS 
Please respect the other users of the forums. Offensive postings regarding other users will not be tolerated. Homophobic, Xenophobic or Racist posts may result in your immediate banning.
Falsely accusing another member of Homophobic, Xenophobic, Under-Age or Racist posts may result in a caution or suspension.
Topics in the agony forum should not be mocked. Bullying will be punished by cautions or banning.

ARGUMENTS ON THE BOARD
You must not use the public forums or the PM system for personal arguments.

DIRECT LINKS TO NON-LEGAL MP3, AUDIO, GAME OR MOVIE FILES
Any post linking to a file or site which may result in action being taken against fmforums or the owners of this site will be removed and may result in a ban.

FULL MAGAZINE TEXT ARTICLE SCANS
You may post images scanned from magazines but you must not post scanned interviews or article text.

ANY POTENTIAL LIBELLOUS MATERIAL
Any post which may result in legal action against the forums will be deleted and may result in a caution or ban.

SPAM / LINK TO GAME ACCOUNTS
You must not post with the sole intention of driving traffic to your own website or gaming account page. You may not use a link in any part of your message which directs traffic to any gaming account which gives you 'points for clicks'. SEE RULE 14.

ANY SELLING / PETITION / SURVEY OR RESEARCH
You must not post a topic where the primary aim is financial gain for yourself. This includes advertising, selling schemes, your ebay sales, affiliate links or any money-making scheme.
You must not post any petition, survey or link to a petition or survey without prior permission from a moderator. This includes collecting information for school / college / university projects by canvassing or questioning other members.
Your signature or avatar must not contain links or show web addresses to any of the above.

INVASION OF PERSONAL PRIVACY
You must not post any photograph, email address or any other personal details of another member without their prior permission.

POLLS & LISTS 
Topics intended to produce a 'favourite list' such as "Who's the fittest footballer?" and "Name your top 3 songs" are not permitted unless initiated by a moderator. Electronic polls can only be initiated by a moderator. 

ATTENTION SEEKING / SUICIDE POSTS
Topics started with the sole aim of attention seeking, eg "I'm leaving unless you all beg me to stay" or "I'm gonna slit my wrists" will be deleted immediately. Any post in agony threatening suicide or self harm will be deleted immediately.

ANY GENERAL ARTIST DISCUSSION TOPIC IN THE AUDIO GOSSIP FORUM
Topics in audio gossip must be specifically related to a song/album/tour/video/event. Any topic relating to general chat about an artist will be removed. Any specific "(artist) gossip" thread will be removed.

ANY NON-FMF AFFILIATE SHOPPING LINK
fmforums seeks to gain revenue to fund our service through various affiliate shopping partners. If you post a link to an item on one of our affiliate sites we may edit it so that fmf gains a revenue percentage from any sale. You must not post a link affiliated to another person or organisation even if it is for a supplier fmf is not affiliated to.

BUMPING POSTS
You must not edit or reply to your own post with the sole intention of moving it up to the top of the topic list. Bumped topics will be deleted.

MULTIPLE CUT/PASTE NEWS STORIES OR LINKS
The discussion forums exist to discuss and debate issues, either personal, celebrity or current-affairs related. We welcome links and references to news stories on other sites providing they are used in the basis of a discussion you are participating in (sharing your opinions). However, the forums should not be used as a "news feed blog" by simply posting multiple "cut & paste" topics.
If it is judged that you are using the board as a news-feed and not as a discussion forum, the topics may be removed and your ability to post suspended.

DISCUSSING THE SEXUALITY OF A FAMOUS MALE 
Questioning or discussing the possible sexuality of a famous male who is not publicly "out" is not permitted.

TOPICS IN CAPS LOCK 
Capitals indicate you are shouting ( eg: PUT THAT LIGHT OUT! ). Do not type everything in capitals. This includes the title of your post. Offending topics will be closed or deleted.

TEXT SPEAK 
Highly abbreviated speak, as is common in Mobile Phone SMS Messaging, must not be used on the forums. Offending posts will be deleted immediately.
 

The subject line of a picture post should contain the name or names of the famous males within. The subject line must not be typed all in CAPITALS. Phrases such as "NEW" should be avoided. You MUST NOT used the phrase "megapost" or "mega post" in your subject line - it is reserved for staff use only.

If the picture is an image that you yourself have scanned, grabbed or discovered, you may 'tag' the image with your username or homepage address however we request these tags are placed so as not to hinder viewing of the image. Pictures with large 'tags' placed across the main body of the image may be removed.

You may reply to a picture post to share your views on the image or subject, but please remember it can be offensive to criticise a topic or picture when the posting member has taken the time and effort to find, sometimes scan, upload and post it. Members who continually do nothing but criticise other members pictures may be cautioned.

When replying to a picture topic, do not quote the original pictures in your reply.

Replies that contain phrases that may cause offence (including descriptions of graphic sexual acts) may be removed and a caution issued.

If you have any objections or complaints regarding a posted picture please contact a moderator via the PM system or by using the "Report This Post" button. Do not use the public forums.

The megapost is a picture topic chosen each month and highlighted in view to get maximum number of pictures posted and viewed. It is chosen by the management.
The subject will always be a famous and widely popular male celeb. If you do not like the subject of the megapost then please do not view the post. Replies to the megapost criticising the subject or choice of subject will be removed.
 

Any image posted on the forums may be used by fmforums on this website or our associated other sites including our picture gallery archive site. 
This is a condition of posting. If you don't want your images on our websites, do not post them on the forum.

Please note - THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM. We have no control over what members post to the boards. If a copyright violation has occurred, we can remove the picture but we cannot be held responsible for what is posted.
This copyright disclaimer applies only to professional commercial images. If you have a homepage and have put pictures on that homepage then we deem you to have shared said pictures with the world. We will allow such pictures to be posted on our forums and will usually reject any request to remove them.
 

Requests for pictures in the any Special Event forums such as BIG BROTHER must still be posted in request.

Requests must be specific and for a named celebrity. "Please post some nude pics of fit men" is not acceptable. All requests must be for pictures to be publicly posted on the forums. Requests must not ask for pictures to be posted to your email address.

If pictures are removed from view by the moderators, for whatever reason, it is strictly forbidden for members to post asking for the offending pics to be emailed to them. Any member making such a request will be cautioned or banned.
  

It is clearly stated before you register and on every page of the forums that you should read the rules. It is therefore assumed that all members posting on the boards have read, understood and agreed to abide by the rules of fmforums.

Any breach of the rules therefore may incur an immediate warning or banning.

Warnings are issued for minor breaches of the rules. Three warnings equals a ban. Bans are never lifted - once you are banned, you are suspended from the forums for ever.

Your warning level is shown under your username as a number between 0 and 3.
0 = no warnings issued.  By clicking on this number, an explanation for any warnings issued will be given.
Warnings will be lifted after time (12 months+) if no further wrongdoing occurs.

Please note the following limitations we impose:

• Your avatar must be 80 x 80 pixels or less. It must be less than 100kB in size.
• Your signature - text is limited to 5 lines with a maximum 80 characters per line. Font size should be not be larger than the standard forum text.
  One image is permitted with a  maximum size is 480 pixels (Width) by 120 pixels (Height) x 300kb (filesize)
• All the usual rules as to what you can/cannot post to or link to apply to your signature as well.
• Signatures are be restricted to Premium members only and are enabled in all forums except VIEW and REQUEST
• Any shirtless, naked, semi-naked or underwear pic in your signature or avatar must be of a famous male celebrity as defined by the rules. You must not use a semi-naked self pic.
• You must not use your avatar or signature to advertise a site, blog, charity or other service, either by link or display of a URL, unless authorised by us.
• Depending on your user-level, you may be able to add a larger personal picture to your myFMF profile screen. If used, this must not be of an adult nature or you will be banned from the board.

• Your website contains neither pornographic nor offensive material or images (including advertisements).
   
• Your advertising is not deemed to be excessive or your post for the sole purpose of driving traffic to your site. You should be posting pictures to share them on fmf.. not as a channel to your site.
   
• A selection of pictures followed by "more on my site" with a link is acceptable. Just posting one or two images and "visit my site" is not.
   
• The topic title must relate directly to the pictures contained within. Posting a title "Shirtless Ben" and then pictures of a clothed Ben with a link to shirtless pictures on your site is not permitted.
   
• If the images posted are thumbnails then the full picture should open on it's own page not on your blog/site.
   
• Other members posting topics "advertising" your site will be considered to be you advertising your site by proxy. Action may be taken against both members in these cases.
   
• Your site or forum does not infringe Rule 16 nor do you use any reference to fmforums, fmf or any image associated with fmforums for the purpose of financial gain.

In general, links should not be posted in view. The view forum is for pictures to be posted, not links to sites containing pictures. Links are only allowed in the circumstances outlined above. 

No other links to sites for personal gain are permitted.

Links to game account sites such as "outwar", affiliate or referral sites will result in an instant ban. Disguising links to 'trick' people into visiting your site will result in an instant ban. Linking to your ebay auctions or to your site selling goods is not permitted.

Repeated breaching of the above will result in us contacting your ISP and webhost to take action to have your accounts closed. This is not an idle threat, fmforums has taken various successful steps against spammers in the past.

Links in view clips* should whenever possible point directly to the video clip. If they must point to a page containing the file then that page should be blank except for the file or series of files. It should not contain advertising or links to other pages or sites. You must not post a link in view clips* with the sole aim of driving traffic to other sites.

As this is an international site, the boards operating system is available in French and Spanish in addition to English. Please bear in mind though that 95% of members are English speaking and your posts should be in English.
 

Any activity, website, blog or external forum that may bring the name of fmforums or our associated sites into disrepute will result in banning and/or legal action.

We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
  

Any member who is deemed to copy the design of fmforums, either in name, graphics or content, is deemed to have stolen these ideas from the owners of this site.
Copyright theft will result in immediate unconditional banning and may lead to legal action where appropriate.
